Teams

Join a team by invitation, invite teammates, and manage members and roles.

A team is the group of people you work with. Everyone belongs to at least one team, and you can be on several. Open your current team from Team settings in the user menu. The Teams breadcrumb above it leads to every team.

Join a team

AINOX Factory is invite-only. You join a team when an admin emails you an invitation, and the link in it expires after 7 days. You can’t sign in for the first time without a pending invitation.

You always join as a member. Only the people your administrator allows can create teams. They select New team on the Teams page and become its admin.

Invite people

Admins can email invitations from the team’s Members tab. Invitations go only to @inox.co.th addresses, and invitees join as members.

The Invitations tab lists pending invitations and when each one expires. Admins can copy an invitation’s link or cancel it. Inviting the same address again replaces the earlier invitation, and the old link stops working.

Roles

Admins change a member’s role from the Members tab. Nobody can change their own role or remove themselves.

Leave or delete a team

The Settings tab has the Danger zone:

• Leave team: anyone can leave except the team’s only admin, who must make someone else an admin first. To rejoin, ask an admin to invite you again.
• Delete team (admins only): removes every member and pending invitation. This can’t be undone.

If you leave your last team, you’re taken back to onboarding, where you can accept an invitation.
